Montessori of Winter Garden Charter School was built by passionate parents who were looking for an innovative alternative to the traditional model of education. Parents formed the school. Parents helped paint the walls, built the shelving, and outfitted the classrooms.
Schools succeed because of parents. Multiple studies agree: the degree of parent involvement in education highly correlates with school success and student achievement. When your children see you at school, they internalize your commitment and personal investment toward their learning. They also learn the value of community service and volunteering by watching you.
Parents are a valued and vital component to the Montessori of Winter Garden Charter School community. which is why we created the Volunteer Service Contract, through which we invite you not to just participate in the life of our school, but to become a true part of it.
